Launching or Removing Watercraft at the Marina

• A permit is required to use the Marina to launch or remove a watercraft.
• Permits to launch or remove any watercraft are only issued to home owners, residents and guests of home owners and residents.
• It is unlawful to launch or remove any watercraft from the Marina without a permit.

Parking at the Marina and on Basin Drive

• A permit is required to park at the Marina and on Basin Drive.
• Permits to park at the Marina and on Basin Drive are only issued to home owners, residents and guests of home owners and residents.
• It is unlawful to park at the Marina or on Basin Drive without a permit.
• It is unlawful to park recreation vehicles or non-attached trailers at any time by any person. 
• Unlawful for any person to park any vehicles or trailers at the Marina for more than 24 consecutive hours.
• Vehicles without a permit or parked over 24 consecutive hours will be towed at the owners expense and a citation may be issued.
