Maximum Speed on Streets is 25mph
Maximum Speed on Beach is 10 mph
Do not operate on FM 3005 other than to cross FM 3005 at Buccaneer (north/south) to get to the beach
Yield to the right of way to other passenger vehicles (move over to right to allow them to pass)
Subject to all traffic laws
Drivers must possess a valid driver's license
Do not allow anyone to sit in the lap of operator or passengers
Do not stand up while in motion
Passengers limited to seating capacity
Do not operator on sidewalks or pathways
Cannot pull anything behind the Golf Cart
All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are not allowed on streets or beach
