Beach Nourishment Project (CEPRA 1482)

Here are the drawings, the 100% Design & Specifications documents and the Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for the project. 

• This is a FEMA repair project that will replace the estimated amount of sand that was removed after Hurricane Ike. 
• They estimate the loss to be 61,000 yds of sand, which will be placed across a beach project area measuring approximately 3,000’ x 200’. 
• Unfortunately, that will result in more of a cosmetic improvement to the beach sand rather than an expansion of the beach area.
