JAMAICA BEACH
- The public beach is the area of sand from the vegetation line to the water's edge.
- Please respect areas north of the vegetation line as this is private property.
- This is a free, public beach.
- There are no lifeguards on duty, so children should be supervised at all times.
BEACH RULES
- Put Trash in its place! Please help to keep our beaches clean.
- NO GLASS containers on the beach.
- Stay off the Dunes as they are in a constant state of replenishment.
- No walking or parking on the dunes or vegetation area.
- No Camping on the beach.
- No Campfires on the beach.
- Leash law enforced at all times.
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING
- No Parking within 25 feet of the water.
- Park perpendicular to the dunes.
- 10 Miles per hour Speed Limit Strictly Enforced.
- No RVs or Trailers allowed on the beach.
- Beginning the second Saturday of March until the Tuesday after Labor Day: Designated areas of the beach are closed to vehicular traffic from 12:01 AM Saturday until 6:00 PM Sunday and on all legal holidays.

- To report nesting, injured or dead wildlife, please call Jamaica Beach Police at (409) 737-1800.
BEACH VIOLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO $1000 FINE.
- Please report all violations to the Jamaica Beach Police at (409) 737-1900.
